Your details are saved securely, and will never be displayed on our system, we only show the last 4 digits so that you know which card to select.

Card payments are taken as soon as the order is submitted and will show funds have been taken via an email confirmation within 2.5 hours.
There may be a few reasons why this is happening, it could be due to the details entered may be incorrect, your card may have expired, or the bank may not have authorised the transaction. We would advise you to contact your bank directly so that they can advise you further.
Please check within your spam/junk folder in case the confirmation email has accidentally been redirected there. If the email is not in any of your folders, it is possible that you may have entered your email address incorrectly. Please contact us and provide your billing address and telephone number so that we can locate the transaction.
