Delivery times are based on orders placed before 4pm BST on any day. Business days exclude Sundays and UK Bank Holidays.
Europe:
Up to 14 business days - European orders are shipped with either Royal Mail or Parcelforce (Brexit will affect delivery times with some deliveries which is out of our control)
Worldwide:
Up to 14 business days - All international orders are shipped using either DHL or Royal Mail tracked. We ship all around the world and the shipping fee will be calculated at checkout depending on the weight and size of your order and the location of the delivery.
Customs charges:
Any applicable customs charges, import duties and taxes are to be paid by the customer. Our estimated delivery times above do not account for any potential delays due to Brexit and/or customs clearance.
Delivery Times:
Our products are packed within 48 hrs after ordering (Mon-Fri) and delivered within 3-5 days when standard shipping is selected. Faster services are available at checkout.
You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped and if there are any delays to your order being shipped we will contact you via email to let you know.
