1. Pour bath soak into warm running bath water until milky
2. Drop a little bit in to test your senses or use an extra shake for added indulgence
3. Step in, relax, and reconnect with your little one growing inside (or disconnect from your little one screaming outside)
4. For extra zen + moisture, combine bath soak with a few drops of Belly Oil
